Cannes FIlm Festival is a VERY busy place when it comes to red carpets. There's at least two a night, so when you're an A lister, you're bound to have rails and rails of dresses following you on the flight, with your stylists, of course.
And for Blake Lively, this is no exception. She has already stunned us twice, with that Gucci number and then earlier in Chanel, and here it's the turn of this exquisite Giambattista Valli mini dress.
Wow. THIS is a mini dress. If you're going to do short, do it properly. And here Blake completely aces it. This gorgeous embellished dress is part of Valli's Spring 2014 couture collection, which featured heavy bows, twists and interesting peplum details like this one.
